Investment advisors and clients frequently focus on immediate issues and solutions. But both parties can benefit from taking a longer view. That includes estate and legacy planning considerations when selecting investment applications and solutions.

JONATHAN COTIE, B.Comm, Account Executive, Retail Investments Distribution, Quebec
Jonathan Cotie, account executive for wealth products in Québec, joined Empire Life in August of 2010. With over 23 years of experience in the investment industry, Jonathan currently services our major distribution partners on our segregated fund, GMWB, and mutual fund solutions.
Prior to joining Empire Life, he previously served as investment products wholesaler with Transamerica Life for 10 years. Prior to his tenure at Transamerica Life, Jonathan held an advanced customer service position at Maritime Life. Throughout his tenure, he has served to educate and consult hundreds of insurance brokers and investment advisors in managing wealth solutions for their clients.
Mr. Cotie studied and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce at Concordia University and currently holds a major degree in international business and a minor degree in finance.
